The website, available at www.igs-rh-alumni.com is a private professional social network provided by IGS-RH Alumni to allow its members (students, graduates, partners) to support each other, stay in touch, facilitate networking, share opportunities, exchange advice, highlight education, and promote professional integration, employment, and careers. The website and its services are provided by the application "AlumnForce" published by the company MEVIA, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €11,300, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Nanterre under number B 501 609 143, whose head office is located at 93-97 rue Eugène Caron, 92400 Courbevoie, France.
These terms and conditions of use are intended to govern access to and use of the Site. We invite you to read them carefully.
By activating your Account, requesting an Account, registering for an event, or making a purchase on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and accept all of these terms and conditions of use.
Definitions
Terms capitalized in the T&Cs have the following meaning (unless expressly stated otherwise):
- Site means the IGS-RH Alumni website accessible at www.igs-rh-alumni.com giving access to network Services;
- Users means members who can access services via an Account (students, graduates, faculty, recruiters), individuals registering for an event, and Administrators. Access to services may be limited depending on the choices made by Administrators for each type of User;
- Administrators means physical persons employed by IGS-RH Alumni and authorized to use the AlumnForce application Modules for professional or administrative purposes: they have access to an Account allowing them to configure the Modules and manage or perform actions on User Accounts;
- Account means a valid account giving access to the Site’s Services;
- Content means any content that Users can download and access from the site, including but not limited to articles, events, directories, profile sheets with Personal Data depending on the confidentiality settings configured by each User in their preferences;
- Personal Data means any personal data relating to a natural person who is or could be identified;
- Modules means the private professional social network management applications developed by AlumnForce and accessible as software as a service (SaaS);
- Privacy Policy means the document established by IGS-RH Alumni presenting its processing of Users’ Personal Data and defining their corresponding rights;
- Services means the provision of the Modules and additional services that may be provided upon request by IGS-RH Alumni via AlumnForce, including configuration, support, or training, etc.;
