Compensation Review - Assist with the management of the annual compensation review process:
• Compensation Review system (e-reward): participate to various data checks and upload
• Compensation Review output: help with the preparation of the communication to employees (build the distribution list, manage access to compensation letters in the tool, handle specific letters …), participate to the payroll process with HR Operations.
Job matching review:
• Prepare the master working file, cut files for business units
• Assist with the data checks & consolidation
• Assist the market data checks/cleaning

• Participate to various data checks, data updates (grant, performance adjustments, forfeitures etc.)

Identified Employee:

Participer à la définition des besoins et la rédaction des profils de poste dans une posture de conseil auprès des managers.
Coordonner les processus de recrutement pour en garantir la célérité : tri de CV, préqualification RH, planification des entretiens, organisation et animation des sessions de recrutement collectives, suivi des dossiers candidats et mise à jour de la base de données

Participer ponctuellement aux évènements Recrutement et Actions Ecoles.
Contribuer à des projets transverses en lien avec le Recrutement.
